In this deeply personal video, I share my journey of encountering and navigating the powerful force of Kundalini energy. With honesty and vulnerability, I recount my initial skepticism towards Kundalini Yoga and related practices, only to be confronted with its reality through my own transformative experience.

I discuss the significance of ceasing all spiritual pursuits temporarily, focusing instead on mundane activities like walking, eating, and engaging in physical exercises and Tai Chi. These practices not only grounded me but also opened up channels for integrating the newfound energy within me.


Moreover, I stress the value of seeking guidance from experienced teachers rather than relying solely on online resources, emphasizing the need to differentiate between genuine spiritual experiences and potential misinterpretations.
