Jiaoshi Andrea (Instructor)
My name is Jiaoshi Andrea Castrogiovanni. "Jiaoshi" means instructor. It is a name that I have been given by Shifu Costantino Valente, founder of Nei Qi Gong. I am one of his direct students. I am an advanced Nei Qi Gong practitioner and authorized instructor of the Nei Qi Gong Fu school. I teach Nei Qi Gong online via individual and group classes and lead worldwide seminars in English, Spanish, and Italian.
I have a special relationship with Shifu. I help him as an English and Spanish translator during some online classes, and with technical things from time to time. We are in contact regularly because we have a strong student-teacher relationship in the "old way". I believe that is due to the fact that we have the same heart, and we understand each other very deeply.
My goal is to spread the Nei Qi Gong system worldwide. Because It is a practical, down-to-earth, effective, and powerful discipline that transformed my life completely and I hope it could do the same to many other people.
I have been a spiritual seeker my whole life. I was a Buddhist tantric practitioner. I took ayahuasca, peyote, and medicinal plants several times, attended shamanic ceremonies, read books about mysticism, and have been listening to spiritual teachers since I was very young. When I started practicing Nei Qi Gong my spiritual search was finally over.
Shifu Costantino Valente (Master)
He started practicing martial arts in 1975 with Judo and Ju-Jitsu.
After moving to Rome for studying at university, he practiced the martial arts of Aikido and Kung Fu Shaolin for several years.
He began to study the first internal practices during this period. He follows Shifu Tong's teaching about Kung Fu, internal energy, and assists him in energetic therapies. In the following years, he practices Tai Ji Quan and Karate and later discovers Wing Chun and Escrima which, for over twenty years, will become the core of his teaching.
He began teaching in 1991, and from 1998 he decided to devote himself full time to martial arts, becoming a point of reference for many schools and instructors in Lazio and other parts of Italy for San Yi Wing Chun, Lakas Escrima, and then for Tai Ji Quan.
After a pause in internal practices, caused by a lack of trust in their effectiveness, in the mid-nineties, he learned the Xing Shen Zhuang from an acupuncturist and started again his research in the energy practice field, also exploring other internal styles such as Yi Quan, as well as deepening the practice of meditation.
The real turning point, however, only came when he discovered the existence of the true Masters of Nei Qi Gong. Despite a lot of initial mistrust, he was able to verify the power of Qi released by these masters, by traveling and meeting them personally in Thailand and then in China.
In 2005 he was in fact accepted as a direct student (Tu Di) by one of them, Shifu Luo. And he is currently one of the few people in the world who knows the complete method of this Master.
Today his teaching is mainly focused on spreading Nei Qi Gong, Jing Hua Quan, and Tai Ji Quan. He is currently recognized as 7th duan by the Italian Traditional Kung Fu Federation.
A unique aspect of Shifu Costantino Valente is his decision to teach everyone beyond styles and organizations. In fact, various masters of other disciplines currently study with him, because the principles of true Gong Fu and the methods of applying them are a universal language.
Through the skills acquired with Nei Qi Gong, he has been healing many people for free, for many years.
He keeps alive his search for true Masters and travels around the world to meet them and receive teachings.
In October 2010 he was accepted as a direct student by another great Nei Qi Gong Master, Shifu Zhou. In September 2013, his Master asked him to teach and spread his method in Europe. He is currently the only Westerner to know and share this method.
Today he teaches a complete system designed by himself, in which he has condensed the methods of his two Masters and his own experience. Suitable for those who have little time to practice (like us Westerners), and that is able to take practitioners from zero to the final result.
It is the first complete teaching system of Nei Qi Gong in the world. Shifu Constantino Valente has been called to teach it in China itself.
Shifu Zhou Gan Sheng (Master)
Master Zhou Gan Sheng lives in China, in a central area relatively close to Huang Shan, a mountain sacred to the Taoists.
He is already known in Qi Gong and Nei Qi Gong circles for his extraordinary abilities, similar for example to those ones of the known Shifu Chang.
His ability to emit Qi at a distance (Fa Gong) distinguishes him with remarkable capabilities of telekinesis, pyrokinesis (setting fire to objects), and electrogenesis. The latter one was used during his medical treatments of many diseases. Shifu Zhou Gan Sheng is a traditional Chinese medicine doctor.
He has been teaching for many years, in many parts of Asia. However, he does not accept everyone. He is very selective about his students. Shifu Costantino Valente is the only Westerner whom he considers his Tu Di (direct student).
Shifu Luo Kangqi (Master)
Master Luo Kangqi was born on August 12, 1956, in China, in the city of Zhanjiang in Guangdong, in a common fishing family. From an early age, he showed a desire to learn and deepen wushu, qi gong, and traditional Chinese medicine. Over the course of decades of constant cultivation of life energy, Master Luo has reached a high level in his mastery of Qi.
Shifu Luo is serious and strict in energy practice but is friendly and kind in daily life. After you are accepted as a student, his home becomes yours and he is very welcoming. He has several students from different parts of the world. They are all rigorously selected and can only access his teachings after they promise to work for the good of humanity.
His Nei Qi Gong teaching program is based on three main methods, which refer to traditional Taoist schools:

the Lei Shan Dao (the school of thunder and lightning),

the Miao Tong Da Fa (the Way of Enlightenment)

and the Tong Ling Dao (the recall of Ling Qi)
During the practice, the Master helps with his own energy to open energetic points and channels, in order to accelerate the development of the practitioner's energy. The feeling is similar to getting an electric shock or a feeling of a wonderful union with the whole.
Even if the Master does not like to show off his abilities, because he considers them useful only for helping others, some students have been able to witness, in addition to the emission of energy in the form of electricity, to phenomena of pyrokinesis, levitation, and telepathy.
