Rethinking the Role of the Teacher in Nei Gong and Qi Gong: A Path of Simplicity, Responsibility, and Real Internal Alchemy

When people first come across my work in Nei Gong and Qi Gong, some may misunderstand my approach. Perhaps it's because I’m a relatively young man (almost 38), or because I speak in a simple, grounded, and friendly way. Maybe it’s because I don’t fit the mold of the so-called "spiritual master." But I believe it’s important to clarify something essential—not just about me, but about the entire teacher-student dynamic in the context of internal cultivation.
The Problem with the "Guru" Model in Internal Alchemy
In traditional spiritual and energy practices, the figure of the teacher is often surrounded by mystique, power, and an aura of superiority. The teacher is placed on a pedestal, seen as a near-perfect human being with all the answers. In my experience, this dynamic creates dependency, disempowerment, and misunderstanding. And it has nothing to do with real Nei Gong, Qi Gong, or internal alchemy.
True energy work should empower you to take full responsibility for your own transformation. It’s not about following a master blindly—it’s about discovering your own strength, refining your own energy, and learning how to function more harmoniously in life.
A Teacher Who’s Just Human
Yes, I am a certified instructor, and students in over 30 countries are now practicing Nei Gong with me. But I don’t walk around thinking I’m more special or more important than anyone else. I don’t need to intellectualize everything or market myself as a spiritual authority. The practice speaks for itself.
Our system is grounded, practical, and down-to-earth. We don’t need to prove anything or convince anyone. When people come to one of our international events, they can feel it for themselves. This is experiential internal alchemy, not abstract theory.
Nei Gong as a Path of Responsibility
The greatest gift Nei Gong has given me—and what I hope to pass on—is a path of personal responsibility. In the chaos of modern life, Nei Gong helps you realign, rebuild your inner structure, and optimize yourself on every level. But this work only functions when you take it into your own hands. There’s no magic shortcut, and there’s no one coming to save you—not even your teacher.
This is where some people misunderstand. Because I approach students with simplicity and openness, they may think of me as “just a buddy.” But respect and boundaries still matter. I might become friends with students over time, but it starts with mutual respect. That’s true with anyone you meet in life, regardless of their role.
The Most Beautiful Relationship: Respect Without Illusion
Over the years, I’ve seen what happens when students and teachers meet each other as real human beings—without spiritual theatrics. We build trust. We share jokes, meals, deep conversations. And even as friendships develop, there is still clarity: I’m here to transmit something valuable, and the student is here to receive and apply it. This mutual clarity is the foundation for genuine internal transformation.
Breaking the Illusion of Spiritual Hierarchy
We need to move beyond the illusion that the teacher is always enlightened, always above you, and always right. That model belongs to a past where manipulation and control were too common. Today, the spiritual path must be about awakening your own discernment, your own presence, your own energy.
As the Buddha said: “Be a light unto yourself.”
Nei Gong Is Just the Beginning
For those sincerely walking the path, Nei Gong is not just a technique—it’s a lifestyle. It becomes part of you. It helps you see more clearly, feel more deeply, and live more truthfully. My own path took me through mysticism, psychedelics, Buddhism, Dzogchen, and eventually into Nei Gong. But now, I don’t even label myself a practitioner. I just practice, every day, because it makes sense.
Final Thoughts: This Is Not About Me
I’m not here to impress anyone or pretend I’ve arrived somewhere. My only goal is to transmit a system that truly works—Nei Gong that’s alive, embodied, and real. If you’re drawn to the path of energy cultivation, internal refinement, and freedom from illusion, then perhaps something I share might resonate.
Let’s keep things clear, simple, and respectful. No gurus, no spiritual hype—just sincere practice.
