My goal as a teacher is to support my students in their real progress. Alongside my own continuous training as a practitioner, I believe the best way to do this is by hosting, together with my teacher Shifu Costantino Valente, an intensive event dedicated to going beyond form and movement.

Through Fa Qi emission, energy channel opening, and Dantian charging and stimulation, you will experience directly what you are working toward as a Nei Qi Gong practitioner: the real experience of Qi. This event is a powerful approach to internal cultivation that supports health and deepens your internal energy skills.

Through partner work, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi practice, you will gain a clearer and more embodied understanding of your own body and energy — an essential foundation for anyone walking this path.

The trip to Gaeta offers a unique opportunity to train with Shifu Costantino Valente and Jiaoshi Andrea. This event is designed to help you take your practice and your health to the next level.
Many practitioners experience moments of doubt in their energy work.
Sometimes we question whether we are using the body correctly, whether we are generating the right sensations, or even what Qi truly feels like. At other times, we wish to go deeper in our practice with the guidance of an experienced teacher. Practicing Qi Gong and Tai Chi exercises in pairs can provide answers to many of these questions, offering practical tools that can be applied at home to refine your energy cultivation.

This special event is dedicated to exactly that: spending focused time with me and my teacher, asking questions, and practicing together in a supportive environment.

The retreat takes place in Gaeta, the home of our Nei Qi Gong Fu school, renowned for its stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters. It is the perfect combination of a study-focused retreat and a holiday in Italy, allowing you to nurture both your internal energy development and your wellbeing.

The emission of Qi (“Fa Gong” or “Fa Qi”) is often perceived as a strong electrical sensation in the body. During this event, you will have the opportunity to experience this powerful transmission directly and to receive the opening of your energy channels.
This process supports both your health and the deepening of your internal energy practice, while also stimulating the Dantians and strengthening your energetic foundation.
