Don’t Trust the Forums: Find the Truth of Nei Gong Through Direct Experience

In the age of information, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking we understand something just because we’ve read about it. This is especially true in the world of Qi Gong, Nei Gong, and Internal Alchemy—where deep, personal transformation is often mistaken for mystical entertainment or worse, dismissed entirely by armchair critics.
Recently, I did a little experiment. I asked an AI tool what it could find about me on the internet—just out of curiosity. What it showed me was fascinating, and in some ways, disturbing. Forums popped up with strong opinions from people who don’t know me, have never practiced with me, and yet felt comfortable making sweeping judgments about me, my teacher, and the Nei Qi Gong system.
The Noise of the Web vs. the Silence of Practice
One of the forums—well known among mystical seekers, energy experimenters, and esoteric hobbyists—was particularly intense. It was filled with people speculating, judging, and even accusing. I couldn’t help but laugh. Not because I felt attacked, but because the level of misinformation was absurd.
We live in a world where anyone can create an identity around something they’ve never experienced. You read one Taoist book, watch a few videos, and suddenly you're a “Nei Gong practitioner.” But Nei Gong isn’t a belief system—it’s not a philosophy to adopt. It’s a living practice, and it must be proven through direct experience.
Energy Practice Is Not About Labels
Whether you’re drawn to Qi Gong or Nei Gong because of Taoist stories, mystical powers, or spiritual goals, the truth is this: if there is anything real in these practices, you have to find it through practice, not theory.
Many people fall into the trap of playing a role: “I’m a Taoist,” “I’m a Buddhist,” “I’m a spiritual person.” But none of that means anything if it’s not rooted in something alive inside you. Don’t adopt someone else’s truth, not even mine. I tell this to my students all the time: test everything. Be skeptical—even of your own ideas.
Forums Aren’t Teachers — People Are
Unfortunately, many seekers today form their opinions based on what they read online. If a forum says someone is a scam, it must be true. If a YouTube comment claims someone has “bad energy,” it becomes a fact. But truth doesn’t live in online opinions—it lives in people, in presence, and in real-time experience.
If you want to learn any internal art—be it Qi Gong, Nei Gong, or Internal Alchemy—connect with real people. Have a conversation. See the teacher. Practice and observe. Get out of the digital noise and back into your body and breath.
A Path Chosen by Life, Not Ambition
I didn’t plan to become a teacher. I was working in the music industry, which I loved creatively but didn’t align with energetically. Life moved me into this direction, and my teacher asked me to begin sharing. Since then, hundreds have practiced Nei Qi Gong with me—some continue, others stop. That’s normal. This path requires dedication and honesty. It’s not for everyone.
And yes, being visible online brings all kinds of people and comments. I’ve received everything from death threats to god-like praise. None of it matters. What matters is practice—and living a real life, grounded in presence.
Advice for Real Seekers
If you’re genuinely looking to learn Nei Gong or deepen your energy cultivation, here’s my advice:
Don’t believe forums. Reach out. Talk. Visit if possible.
Don’t live through other people’s opinions, even mine.
Practice honestly, with discipline and patience.
Be skeptical of beliefs, including your own.
Find real connection—not virtual validation.
New Book: “Story of a Nei Gong Practitioner”
If you want a deeper look into this path, I’ve recently published a book: Story of a Nei Gong Practitioner. It’s available in English, Italian, and Spanish, as well as audiobook. It’s not just for Nei Gong students, but for anyone walking a path of energy cultivation or spiritual inquiry.
You can get it on Amazon or directly through my website here:

Final Thoughts
Don’t let your journey be defined by online noise. Let it be shaped by your body, your breath, and your experience. Nei Qi Gong is a path of direct realization—not of opinion, identity, or fantasy. Walk it honestly, and it will show you more than any forum ever could.
