If There Is No Conflict, There Is No Spiritual Search

When we start a spiritual path, we do it mainly for one reason. There is a conflict within ourselves: something that we want to change in our life, something that we want to achieve.

Nowadays, the spiritual field is becoming a "circus": there are many experiences available, many methods, many coaches, and so on. Most of them are based on investigating the external world.

Trying to give an explanation to the reality we live in and creating sometimes some kind of ideology attached to it. Very few systems, as far as I know, take into consideration the investigation and practical improvement of "Who We Are": the one perceiving and experiencing all the life phenomena.

It is easy to be attracted by exotic beliefs, intellectual speculation, philosophy, religion, and so on. As we tend to be very intellectual beings, believing that we can grasp life through our ideas.

However, the idea of improving ourselves was created by a thought: it came out from a series of thoughts and conflicts within ourselves that brought us to search for a solution, to fix or improve our situation.

This means that the inner conflict is created by thought, in the first place. And it is unlikely to find a solution through it. Life is made to be lived, not to be dissected with ideas. Unless we put our attention on ourselves rather than on some kind of external solution (guru, methods, religions), the game will never finish. We will always feel incomplete and search for more...

Only by optimizing ourselves to a higher level on a physical, emotional, mental, and energetic level, we can come to the end of our conflict, which also naturally brings the end of the spiritual path. Because now, at this stage, there is nothing that "we need to change".

Being honest with ourselves, and not having any conflict between what we think, feel, and do, is a practical way of putting our lives in order and ending this "childish game" made of spiritual ideas and false conclusions.
