If We Make Too Many Questions, We Have Too Many Problems
Updated: Nov 9
The human mind has an inherent tendency to ask questions, investigate, and dissect reality into smaller pieces. This analytical approach often leads us to search for answers and try to understand life in its entirety. However, the truth is, our limited minds can only grasp a small portion of the vast and complex reality we experience. We can never fully see the entire picture.
The Blessing of Lightness: Beyond Intellectual Entertainment
There’s an old saying that "fools and children are blessed by God and luck," which holds a deeper truth about life. Lightness and simplicity are often more aligned with the wisdom of true understanding. This lightness isn't about ignorance or superficiality, but rather an openness that arises from deep vision and presence.
As we grow older and gain experience, many of us begin to realize that not everything in life is under our control. We often find ourselves facing the limits of our understanding. Even the scientific approach, which promises to uncover the ultimate truth, sometimes leads to more questions than answers. What we once thought of as an undeniable truth can later be replaced by a new theory or discovery that contradicts everything that came before.
True Knowledge Comes From Experience, Not Intellectual Entertainment
While science and intellectual inquiry have their place, true wisdom can only come from experience. It is only through lived experiences that we can truly begin to understand life, not through theories or opinions. In fact, without the humility to accept that we don’t know everything, we risk being deceived by our own limited perspectives, shaping life according to our beliefs rather than seeing it for what it truly is.
It is good to be silent at times, to step back, and not feel the need to explain everything or claim to know the ultimate answers. This is the path to deeper wisdom—accepting the mystery of life without needing to control or explain every detail. True knowing arises not from intellectual entertainment, but from the experiences we allow ourselves to have and the lessons we learn along the way.
