How To Avoid Negativity In Pandemic Times!

We are living a difficult moment in society which is creating even more pressure on our minds, filling it up with uncertainty. If the human condition is already quite chaotic, we have to understand that during this Covid-19 times, it is even more difficult to find stability.


People are deadly scared of the situation, which is leading them to act in a quite erratic way. Their minds are under pressure, and their actions sometimes are out of control. When we are affected by fear, we lose clarity. And we do not see things from the right perspectives.


Never before, probably, it has been so important to find stability within ourselves to be able to stay center and not be dragged by this uncontrolled flow of emotions. Life has always been uncertain. Although, we have created the illusion of stability with our jobs, family, relationships, and so on.


We have to understand that life is an unstable process. Change is inevitable. Unless we find a point of stability within ourselves, it is likely that we might be affected by it very strongly. This inner center that I am referring to, is not an intellectual idea or some kind of self-motivation belief.


When we practice Qi Gong or any kind of internal work, we have the possibility to discover a deeper dimension within ourselves. This space does not belong to the mind's activity nor to our body. It is a state of pure observance which is free from any identification with life as we know it.


Practicing Nei Qi Gong, with the correct understanding, can help us open that dimension within ourselves. Making us stronger and clear in our ability to cope with life as it is. This state has been explained and described with different words.


And many paths of spiritual realization have referred to it as the ultimate goal of life. The only way that we act responsibly in these human times, it is by working on ourselves. Understanding what is really valuable and what represents just an internal or external distraction.


Discipline becomes key in this sense. Because by having, for instance, a Qi Gong practice we can help ourselves to centered and vigilant at any moment. To understand better what we are talking about, we also need a correct understanding of the nature of our mind and existence.
