A New Step in the Path
Nei Gong has always been, by its nature, a solitary journey. We close the door, enter into silence, and dedicate ourselves to daily practice. Yet as I continue to guide students across more than forty countries, I’ve realized that while personal dedication remains essential, there is also great value in coming together.
This is why I am introducing the Student Circle — a space for my students to meet, share, and grow together. Twice a month, we will gather online to connect, exchange experiences, and discuss aspects of practice and life that go far beyond technical exercises.
Why Personal Connection Matters
From the very beginning, my approach to teaching Nei Gong has been rooted in direct connection with students. This is not a pre-recorded course where you are left alone. Every live class involves corrections, clarifications, and space for questions. My students have my personal contact, and they know they can reach out to share experiences or ask for guidance.
This personal connection is vital. Over the years, I have seen that Nei Gong is not just about energy work or techniques — it is about the quality of the relationship we cultivate with the practice, with ourselves, and with each other.
Creating a Circle of Support
The Student Circle is my way of extending this connection into a community setting. Twice a month — on the second and fourth Sunday — we will meet for about an hour.
These meetings may include:
Reviewing practices and clarifying important details.
Exploring philosophical aspects of Nei Gong and personal growth.
Open discussions where students can bring questions and insights.
Sharing experiences that may inspire and support others on the path.
Nei Gong can sometimes feel like a lonely journey, especially in a world where technology often increases isolation. The Circle offers a chance to be among like-minded practitioners who understand the dedication and challenges of this work.
A Different Kind of Learning
One thing I want to make clear: these gatherings are not about replacing practice with discussion. Nei Gong remains practical, down-to-earth, and experiential. But creating a space to meet allows students to see that they are not walking alone, to hear perspectives from more advanced practitioners, and to draw inspiration from one another.
The Circle is not open to the public — it is a private space for my students, those who have already chosen this path and committed to daily practice.
The Spirit of the Circle
Ultimately, the Student Circle is not just about energy or exercises. It is about building a respectful, mature, and supportive community. It is about cultivating values that go beyond technique: integrity, humility, dedication, and the joy of learning together.
I believe this step can enrich our path and strengthen our connection as a group. It is an experiment, yes — but one I feel deeply inspired to try.
An Invitation
If you are one of my students, I warmly encourage you to participate. Your presence, your questions, and your experiences can be of great value not only to yourself but to others walking the same road.
For those who are not students, may this give you some insight into how I approach teaching Nei Gong: with simplicity, directness, and a focus on personal connection over numbers or performance.
The path remains individual — but now, we also have a chance to walk it together.
