A New Step in My Journey

Recently, my teacher Shifu Costantino Valente entrusted me with a new responsibility: to transmit all the nine basic Nei Qi Gong programs and four out of six advanced programs. The two superior levels — 5 and 6 — will always remain with him, as they represent the highest and most refined aspects of this tradition.

This recognition is not something I ever asked for. After more than eight and a half years of continuous practice and dedication, Shifu decided that I was ready to guide students through a broader part of the Nei Qi Gong path. For me, this is both an honor and a reminder of the true nature of teaching.

Why Teaching Cannot Be Requested

One of the most important points I want to share is this: teaching Nei Qi Gong is not something you can ask for.It is not about finishing a few exercises or reaching the first level and imagining yourself as an instructor. Nei Gong is not just a set of movements — it is a path of transformation that requires years of practice, dedication, and inner refinement.

A teacher recognizes when a student is ready to take the responsibility of guiding others. It is not a promotion you chase; it is something entrusted to you when you have developed not only skill, but also humility, values, and maturity.

The Qualities That Matter

When I see students who are respectful, grounded, and motivated by genuine values, it brings me joy. These are the qualities that matter more than technical ability. In time, such people can become good instructors — not because they seek recognition, but because they can have a positive impact on others.

As my Shifu often reminds us: “Practice, practice, practice.” Only through years of direct experience can we truly understand the art. Words, stories, or intellectual discussions about energy are not enough. What matters is what we embody.

Building a Family of Practitioners

My vision is not to stand as the only teacher. I want to cultivate a family of mature practitioners and instructors — people who share respect, dedication, and the right attitude. Together, we can pass on Nei Gong in a way that remains true, down-to-earth, and transformative.

Nei Gong is not about entertainment or promises. It is about real practice and real change. If this path resonates with you, I invite you to explore it deeply, step by step.

Final Thoughts

Teaching Nei Qi Gong is not a destination but a responsibility. It arises naturally, when the time is right, through the recognition of a teacher who sees in you the capacity to guide others with respect and care.

The path is long, but it is also profoundly rewarding. What matters most is not how quickly you advance, but how deeply you embody the practice.
