Watch the Video to Learn About the New Program & Practices
I have just recorded this video to give you an overview of the new Nei Qi Gong program.
The new basic program is the following:
1- XING SHEN ZHUANG GONG
This sequence is "The method of the reunification of
the Shen, the formless, the Essence or Content that aspires to the sky, in the Xing, the container, the form, the structuring frame or body".
2 - ZHENG SONG DA FA
With the second basic practice, we enter the meditative exercises.
The meditative state is a particular psycho-biophysical state that can or cannot be reached. You CAN NOT DO meditation, you can only BE in meditation.
3 - HOU TIAN XI
This practice is part of the Xi Lianxi (breathing practices) and, as we will see, they are all breathing exercises that are useful for activating energy centers and becoming aware of the breath and the Dan Tian, preparing it for subsequent practices.
4 - XIAON TIAN XI
With the fourth basic practice, we continue the breathing exercises.
This practice will lead us to prenatal (before birth) breathing, the most used
breathing in Taoist energy practices.
5 - ZHAN ZHUANG
With the fifth basic practice, we begin to consciously experience Qi energy.
This practice is part of Shenti Lianxi (physical practices) and, as we will see, a sequence of static positions are performed through which we convey energy inside the body and outside it, aided by intention and breathing.
6 - YANG QI GONG
With the sixth basic practice, we continue the breathing exercises.
We build one of the classic positions of Qi Gong and bring it to life thanks to an internal filling.
This is very important because I have often seen people who have worked for years in static positions, not knowing what they had to do in those positions, and then conclude that they were useless.
7 - KUO ZHANG DA FA
With the seventh basic practice, we continue the meditative exercises.
We perform a meditation exercise that will allow us to make contact with the subtle, "spiritual" world, using visualizations and centrifugal forces.
8 - WAN QI
With the eighth basic practice, we begin to play with Qi energy.
This practice is part of the Shenti Lianxi (physical practices) and as we will see they are all physical exercises are designed to make us experience the sensations related to the perception and emission of subtle energies.
We will "play" and "manipulate" the energy, thus increasing the ability to "generate it".
9 - LING QI
“Ling Qi” means spiritual energy. Using symbols and a mantra, one tries to get in touch with more subtle energies.
There is a small ritual, a small initiation, to facilitate the activation of this connection.
It is a very important step. Those who experience the Ling Qi will remember it forever because it is a very strong and pleasant experience that allows you to experience things that have only been read in books.
