Xing Shen Zhuang Gong - The Best Chinese Longevity Practice (Learn Online and in Costa Rica)



The first level of the Nei Qi Gong system is called "Xing Shen Zhuang Gong", which means "the unification of the spirit with the frame". It is considered to be the best Chinese longevity practice because unlocks the circulation of Qi in the whole body through the meridians regulating health, strength, psycho-physical well-being, longevity, and awareness.
