When we start following a spiritual path we do it for several reasons: some of us are looking for a more meaningful life, and others want to resolve their inner conflicts and have a pleasant experience in life.


Growing personally or spiritually involves big work. It is not something that society encourages us to do, especially because does not make money. It requires money and time!


It is also the toughest thing to do because it means discovering and facing our personal limitations: mental, emotional, and physical ones.


In this video, I would like to talk more about the emotional aspect of this process.


The first thing that we have to understand is how emotions are generated in our human experience, what their causes are, and how we can work with them.


Emotions are the "fuel" of our actions and every endeavor we do in life. They are the driving energies that move our actions and also create an unpleasant or pleasant life experience.


That is why we need to understand how they are produced and how we can engineer ourselves to create a pleasant inner environment.


Emotions are the result of mental activity, our thoughts, and our interpretation of life circumstances. In fact, every thought produces a certain emotion. That is why it is important to become aware of what we think: which thought we empower with our attention.


In this video, I explain the connection between what we feel, think, and do. And how it is important to understand this structure so that our emotions work for us, not against us.


Ultimately, our emotions are the driving energy of our actions. That is why it is important to understand how they can support us in everything that we do. Instead of sabotaging ourselves.
